Pete Szelwach
Pete is a dynamic leader and catalyst for change, driving strong bottom-line results across diverse industries, including Fortune 50 companies. His extensive business and leadership experience spans key executive roles, including Vice President of U.S. Operations for a national beverage manufacturer, Vice President and General Manager of a site development and underground utilities construction company, and Plant Manager for various beverage, flavor, and consumer packaged goods facilities. Over the course of his career, Pete has successfully sponsored and managed more than 500 projects.
A combat veteran and master-rated parachutist, Pete began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at Fort Bragg, NC, during Operation Desert Storm. Beyond his corporate accomplishments, he dedicated eight years as an Executive Board Member of the Henderson County, NC Partnership for Economic Development, collaborating with industry stakeholders to advance workforce development and business expansion initiatives.
Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in International Trade. His diverse expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence continue to make a lasting impact on organizations and the professionals he serves.
Dr. Celia (Renteria) Szelwach, PMP, ICF PCC, BCC
Celia is a seasoned executive leader and consultant with extensive experience across multiple industries, most recently serving as Director of Organizational Development for a local government agency. Her distinguished career began in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps, where she served as a military officer and senior-rated parachutist at Fort Bragg, NC, during the Desert Storm era.
Passionate about supporting veterans, Celia was appointed by two Secretaries of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to advisory committees focused on women veterans and minority veterans. She also founded and led the WOVEN Women Veterans Network for over seven years, providing mentorship and advocacy for women who have served.
Celia holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and DDI Leadership Master Trainer. She is also a certified yoga teacher. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, an MBA in International Trade, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC), Celia completed her Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certificate at the University of Texas in Dallas. With a deep commitment to leadership development, change management, and strategic coaching, she continues to empower individuals and organizations to achieve lasting success.
