Pete Szelwach
Pete has been a catalyst for change and leading strong bottom-line results in diverse organizations including Fortune 50. His business and leadership experience includes VP U.S. Operations for a national beverage manufacturer; VP/GM of a site development and underground utilities construction company; Plant Manager for various beverage, flavor, and consumer packaged goods facilities; and Project Sponsor/Manager for over 500 projects. He is a combat veteran, master-rated parachutist, and began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at Ft. Bragg NC during Operation Desert Storm. In addition to his corporate experience, Pete served as an Executive Board Member with the Henderson County NC Partnership for Economic Development for 8 years, working with industry stakeholders on workforce development and business expansion initiatives. Pete’s education includes a BS in Physics/Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in International Trade.
Dr. Celia (Renteria) Szelwach, PMP
Celia has held executive leadership and consulting positions serving multiple industries, most recently as Director of Organizational Development for a local government agency. Her career includes service as a military officer and senior-rated parachutist in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps at Fort Bragg NC during the Desert Storm era. Celia is passionate about serving veterans and was appointed by two Secretaries of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to advisory committees on women veterans and minority veterans. She also founded and led WOVEN Women Veterans Network for over 7 years. In 2022, she was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Defense to serve on the Defense Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion (DACODAI). Celia holds certifications as a yoga teacher, Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and DDI Leadership Master Trainer. She graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA in International Trade and a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is enrolled in the Level 2 (PCC Level) ICF-accredited Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certificate Program at the University of Texas in Dallas.
